The base salary for this position is $95K-$115K. This range complies with Pay Transparency laws and is in addition to other benefits.

Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, ensure US GAAP compliance, and transform financial data into insights. You will oversee accounting processes within NetSuite, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage the company's general ledger, journal entries, monthly close, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
2. Develop and maintain supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts.
3. Analyze transactions for proper accounting treatment per policies and US GAAP.
4. Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses.
5. Enhance accounting policies, processes, and documentation.
6. Mentor and support staff accountants.
7. Assist with tax filings and compliance.
8. Collaborate with other teams for financial insights.
9. Participate in special projects and financial analysis.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. CPA preferred.
3. At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with knowledge of US GAAP.
4. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Leadership potential and team collaboration skills.
