The Senior Accountant – Accounting & Financial Reporting position performs governmental accounting functions in support of the College's financial reporting, compliance and internal control activities. This position is responsible for performing general ledger accounting functions, preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, supporting financial reporting activities, coordinating audit preparation and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
The Senior Accountant works independently with a high level of judgement while providing guidance and technical support to Office of Finance team. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the College'sfinancial records and reports.
