Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or strong accounting background preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Initiate accounting processes to ensure financial statements meet local GAAP.
• Monitor the accounting closing process and post journal entries for adjustments.
• Support the organization in meeting local and global regulatory obligations.
• Drive process control rigor to support quarterly financial certifications.
• Implement monthly financial reports and analytics for risk-based reviews.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and support audits.
• Facilitate month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
• Review and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and month-end packages.
