Job summary

Private Advertiser in Nebraska is seeking a skilled accountant to support end-to-end financial processes, from clerical entries to reconciliations and analysis.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, oversee GST and corporate tax, payroll, treasury, and liaise with auditors and banking partners.

Relies on experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Word; strong detail orientation and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks, MS Excel and Word
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to liaise with auditors and tax authorities
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Assist in all levels of accounting from clerical to reconciliations and analysis
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Oversee GST review and corporate tax
• Payroll, CPF Contributions
• Oversee Treasury and Banking operations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretarial and bankers
• Review invoices and prepare payment vouchers
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and cash flow
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor non-payments and irregularities
• Month-end closing reports
