Job summary

Leoforce, a software company in New York, seeks a Senior Accountant to join the growing finance team. You will manage revenue reporting, AR, billings, and GL, and support month-end close and audits. This hybrid role is based at the New York Headquarters with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in forecasting, and seek process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in both Public Accounting & private is a must (Big 4 preferable)
• Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM. (NetSuite, Salesforce is a plus but not necessary)
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, investigate variances between actuals and budget, and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Assisting in forecasting activities for revenue, billings and collections
• Partner with external auditors and assist with annual audit preparation and requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions.
