Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Orlando, onsite. You will support monthly closes, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating with leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of experience with GAAP and month-end processes. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential for accurate financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP/accounting systems experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Record journal entries and perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze accounting results to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor revenue activity and support accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliation activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audit requests, and special accounting projects.
• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and internal controls.
• Assist with automation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
