Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in accounting, finance or related.
• 2 years of related general ledger accounting experience.
• Experience supporting monthly close processes and preparing journal entries.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support monthly and year-end close activities.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies across transitioning systems and processes.
• Support the consolidation of accounting procedures across multiple business entities.
• Assist with financial analysis, reporting, financial statement preparation, and audit support.
• Contribute to cash reporting, forecasting, and accounting activities related to AP, AR, and payroll.
