Thea Pharma Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Accountant to partner with the U.S. Finance team, supporting payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger activities.
This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is based at our Waltham, MA office and collaborates with FP&A and Corporate HQ. Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and improving financial processes.

Thea Pharma markets a suite of leading eye-care drugs that have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including iYUZEH, Zioptan®, Cosopt®, Cosopt® PF, Azasite®, Akten®, and Betimol®, as well as AcellFX™ Acellular Amniotic Membrane and the portfolio of iVIZIA dry-eye drops and eyelid hygiene products. The Senior Accountant partners closely with the U.S. Finance team and supports the Corporate Headquarters' financial needs, works closely with the Assistant Controller and FP&A in the areas of accounting, payroll, budgeting & forecasting, and managing the general ledger. This role will be hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) at our Waltham, MA office.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $95k to $115k. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
