Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statement preparation and reporting
• Month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• ERP entries and general ledger maintenance
• Cash receipts, bank balance tracking, and reconciliations
• Cost accounting: variance review, trend analysis, and inventory reconciliation
• Supporting internal controls and SOX 404 compliance
• Supporting internal audit testing and external quarterly/annual audits
• Supervising and reviewing AP/AR activities
• Assisting junior staff and supporting other accounting functions as needed

Requirements

• Manufacturing accounting, including inventory & cost accounting preferred
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
