How You'll Make An Impact

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our US Accounting Center. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and executing regular accounting processes, supporting month-end close activities, driving process improvements, and participating in various project work related to revenue accounting. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

This Role Will Include

• Assisting in the execution of daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support month-end (quarter-end, and year-end) close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function and implement best practices.
• Participating in special projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and support to cross-functional teams.
• Assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for financial accounting objectives and initiatives.
  
  

Required

About You

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration) and 5 years of related experience required.
• Requires broad knowledge of accounting practices/principles and preparation of strategic recommendations to management.
• Proficiency in Excel.
  
  

Preferred

• CPA, MBA or other financial certification.
• Requires broad knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge or familiarity with Power tools (i.e. PowerBI, PowerQuery).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
