Job summary

Jobtailor in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a focused Fixed Asset Accountant to own the fixed asset accounting cycle, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. You will maintain the subledger, reconcile to the general ledger, and support audits under U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities cover CIP monitoring, project capitalization, and coordination with Operations, Facilities, IT to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely responses to auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 2–4 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting, including capitalization policies, depreciation, and reconciliations.
