What You’ll Do

As our Senior Accountant, you’ll lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities while helping guide strategic decision‑making.

  • Oversee all accounting, finance, and business office functions
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead budgeting processes and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Monitor cash flow and support capital planning efforts
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate business strategies and financial feasibility
  • Manage relationships with CPAs, financial institutions, and vendors
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives
  • Contribute to special projects and organizational growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Experience
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, general ledger, full‑cycle accounting)
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred
  • Audit and financial reporting experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Equivalent experience considered (8+ years in lieu of degree)
  • CPA preferred but not required
