Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fully in-office team in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on leading reconciliations, GL accuracy, and intercompany processes within a multi-entity manufacturing environment.

You will work directly with the CFO and contribute to month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting audits and fixed asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years accounting experience with strong General Ledger expertise.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills; multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, analyze accounts, and maintain General Ledger accuracy.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve balance discrepancies across entities.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, depreciation support, and related accounting records.
• Assist with financial reporting, audit preparation, budgeting, and forecasting support.
