Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. The role focuses on monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger duties and supporting the close process.

Responsibilities include treasury oversight, month-end financial statement prep, balance sheet reconciliations, and timely journal entries. A multi-location or public company background is preferred, with a CPA being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in multi-location/entity or public company experience.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger duties as part of the Corporate Accounting team.
• Oversee daily treasury functions.
• Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain and operate standard period-end closing schedules.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries and bank reconciliations.
