Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant in Phoenix/Scottsdale for a hybrid role. The position focuses on technical accounting, public accounting background, and financial reporting within a collaborative advisory environment.

You will lead close processes, prepare consolidated statements, and support complex transactions under US GAAP, while interacting with clients and internal teams to deliver insights. A CPA path and ongoing education support are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or active CPA candidate (at least one exam passed).
• 2+ years of recent public accounting, audit, or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented, curious, and comfortable asking questions.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills preferred.
