firstPRO, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Accountant to help build scalable accounting processes and gain exposure to acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in PA and a compensation range of $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Key duties include GAAP-compliant reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and post-acquisition integration support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with GAAP and general ledger
• Public accounting, PE, or startup/high-growth environments
• POC (percentage-of-completion) accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analyses
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform complex account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with consolidated financial reporting and analyses
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and automation
• Support acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integrations
• Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic finance initiatives
