Oratomic is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as we grow. You will oversee the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with our scientists, engineers and operations teams to identify hiring needs and develop scalable recruiting processes.

Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer. We're looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as Oratomic grows. You will oversee the entire hiring process, including finding and screening exceptional candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new team members. You'll work closely with our scientists, engineers, and operations team to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting processes, and help us assemble an exceptional team to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.
