Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting, financial reporting, and investment activity across multiple entities. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage day-to-day accounting, prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Public accounting or audit experience strongly preferred; Big 4 is a plus
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
• Experience within financial services, private equity, investments, or fund accounting is helpful
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
