CFS in Niles, MI is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team focused on accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The role offers ownership of complex analyses and month‑end activities with meaningful insights for business leadership.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements in Excel (pivot tables), performing tick‑and‑tie checks, developing dashboards for executives, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and GL account analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and independently identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
