A leading global asset manager with over $500B in AUM is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its real estate reporting team. This role focuses on IFRS and consolidation reporting for a diverse portfolio of real assets. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys complex, technical accounting and wants exposure across one of the most sophisticated investment platforms in the industry.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in NYC

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post consolidation journal entries using a best-in-class consolidation platform
• Review IFRS reporting packages and coordinate with cross-functional teams on intercompany activity, property-level data, and variance analysis
• Reconcile disclosures and support the preparation of financial statement footnotes
• Maintain legal entity records, org charts, and investment listings
• Assist with audit requests and ad hoc deliverables from leadership and finance teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services accounting (Big 4, in-house, or a mix of both)
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or consolidation reporting processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
