Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of Public accounting experience is required.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and risk management is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
• Review and record intercompany transactions from global offices.
• Analyze monthly management P&L results and investigate variances.
• Prepare head office reporting packages.
• Assist with preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Support internal and external audit engagements.
• Maintain accounting procedures and risk and internal control documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred

• CPA or active CPA candidacy
• Experience in financial services, particularly broker‑dealer environments
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite
• A proactive self-starter who looks for opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools

Compensation Range:

$100,000–$125,000 base salary + annual bonus. Final offer is commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
