About the Job

We’re partnering with a leading global company in the lifestyle and entertainment space to hire a

Senior Accountant focused on technical accounting. This is a high-visibility role supporting complex transactions, M&A activity, and accounting policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and apply U.S. GAAP to complex transactions
• Support M&A accounting, including purchase price allocations and integration
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact
• Prepare technical memos and support external audit requests
• Partner with teams across finance, tax, and legal on non-routine transactions
• Help maintain and update internal accounting policies
• Assist with valuations, impairment testing, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA required
• 4+ years of experience, including 2+ years in Big Four public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and technical accounting
• Experience with M&A and business combinations preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator
