Job summary

Atlantic Group, located in New York, seeks a Senior Accountant with SEC reporting experience to join our finance team in Westchester County. The position requires in-office collaboration four days per week.

You will prepare SEC filings, support technical accounting research, and assist with investor materials while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations. CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• SEC reporting experience (10-Q, 10-K) required.
• Public accounting or industry experience.
• Busy season experience as a Senior; CPA or candidate with parts passed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Assist with technical accounting research and documentation.
• Support quarterly earnings materials and investor reporting.
• Analyze financial data to support external reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation initiatives.
