Job summary

Ledgent in Napa, CA is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join on-site from 8am-5pm. You will work closely with the Controller and CFO, handling financial reporting, month-end close, and system-based Power BI analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities, with salary targeting 95k–105k annually. On-site work and a broad mix of responsibilities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Financial reporting including dashboards, department metrics, budget vs actuals, variance reports.
• Month end close, account analysis, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, trial balances, financial statement prep, gross margin analysis.
• Power BI tools, Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain integrity of general ledger and system reports.
