• Proficient with financial systems (Dynamics/SAP a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly close and reconciliations: Prepare and review journal entries (prepaid, accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications), trial balances, and account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Compile balance sheets, income statements, and financial schedules; coordinate financial reporting for management.
• Controls & Compliance: Support internal controls, policies, and audit readiness, including preparing documentation for auditors.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze results, investigate discrepancies, and adjust entries as needed to maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Process Oversight: Review journal entries from other team members, guide proper input, and participate in AP/AR and client billing functions.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Conduct data analysis, reporting, and special financial projects as assigned.

About The Role
