We also support work-life balance through benefits such as paid time off, short and long-term disability and our employee wellness initiative.**Job Summary/Success in this role looks like:** The primary function of this position is to be responsible for applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.**Essential Duties:**1. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.10. Analyzes financial and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.11. Continuous management and support of departmental budget analysis.12. Conducts quantitative and/or qualitative analyses of performance and helps identify and prioritize improvement opportunities13. Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.14. Become ERP subject matter expert and help identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.15.
