The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience (Big 4 a plus), a Bachelor's in Accounting, Spanish fluency, and strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle/SAP). Willingness to work extended hours during close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; Big 4 background preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LATAM financial reporting complies with US GAAP, SOX and internal policies.
• Review and reconcile event P&Ls, show settlements, and other financial reports for accuracy.
• Support monthly corporate reporting including balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts; research discrepancies.
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries and support close processes.
