Job summary

This role involves a hands-on approach to financial reporting, budgeting, tax, cash management, payroll and financial analysis while collaborating with senior leadership.

You will wear multiple hats and own key accounting functions, contributing to strategic and operational initiatives with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, quarterly reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounting controls, budgeting, cash management, and tax-related activities.
• Oversee payroll, including withholdings, tax payments, 1099s, and compliance.
• Support benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and HRA plans.
• Prepare financial analyses and ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Analyze trends, costs, and commitments and communicate findings to leadership.
• Assist with accounting issues, bookkeeping, and special projects.
• Support the preparation and coordination of various business and legal documents.
