Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations, including billing, AR, AP, GL, and revenue recognition
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and review financial data for completeness and accuracy
• Enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Coordinate external audits and required documentation
• Handle sales and use tax filings across multiple states
• Support additional initiatives within the accounting function as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full‑cycle accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of general ledger management and close processes
• Experience with sales and use tax filings
• Strong systems aptitude and comfort improving processes
