Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement efficiencies.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting schedules.
• Reconcile and monitor daily cash activity.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and analysis.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and oversee depreciation accounting.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and drive efficiencies.
• Partner with operational teams to support business initiatives and financial objectives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
