Karman Industries is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. The successful candidate will review month-end reconciliations and accruals prepared by our outsourced accounting team, own the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, and support project accounting and month-end variance review - all while helping the team transition to new systems and processes. This role requires broad ownership spanning close review, payables, receivables, and process improvement, with real opportunity to help build scalable accounting infrastructure as Karman scales from prototype to volume production. We are a team that values first-principles thinking, hands‑on problem solving, and close cross‑functional collaboration to deliver accurate, timely, and well‑controlled financials. This role is on‑site and does not have travel requirements.
