Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process for lease-related accounting
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage lease accounting under ASC 842, including modifications, reassessments, and terminations
• Prepare financial analyses and variance explanations for leadership
• Support annual audits and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Asset Management, and FP&A
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to special projects
