• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Produce clean, error-free accounting reports and present findings to management.
• Analyze financial statements and summarize results in clear terms.
• Identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures.
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Advise clients on potential liabilities and risk areas.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver a consistent, high standard of client service.

• Base salary: $75,000 – $83,000 + commission opportunities (all in average 95k)
