Qualifications

• Strong background of accounting knowledge, i.e. GAAP.
• Financial reporting experience.
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel – formulas, sort and manipulate data, and format reports and charts.

Responsibilities

• Integral to monthly financial close process.
• Preparation of other internal analysis / management reports.
• Preparation of reconciliations and journal entries.
• Carrier reporting and analysis.
• External and internal audit preparation and assistance.
• Facilitation of certain tax filings.

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant is an integral piece of the accounting and financial reporting of IMG. The Senior Accountant works directly with other departments, specifically when facilitating month end close.
