SRG Residential is seeking a Senior Accountant in Indianapolis, Indiana to manage all accounting aspects for development and construction projects within the Milhaus portfolio. You will review, maintain and analyze the general ledger, prepare monthly financial packages, and collaborate with Development, Construction and Finance to respond to owner or lender requests.
The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for various development and construction projects that are part of the Milhaus portfolio. They will review, maintain and analyze the general ledger financial statements for assigned projects and their related debt and/or equity partners. They will team closely with development and construction staff, and other internal stakeholders to provide accurate financial reporting packages each month for their assigned projects. They will exhibit strong accounting, analytical and communication skills.
