Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems like QuickBooks or Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Assist A/R & A/P staff with investigating and resolving issues.

• Prepare and process sales tax filings.
• Provide guidance and assistance to accounting/office staff.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations on various projects as needed.
• Provide continuous improvement tactics and ideas.

Responsibilities include various accounting responsibilities, and providing guidance and assistance for other accounting and ticket staff as needed. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence with general technology including Windows computer hardware/software, ERP systems, and Office 365 products
• High level Excel skills including complex formulas, clean and concise summary sheets, and automation or simplification
• Experience with Quickbooks & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
• Proficient in keyboard typing and numeric data entry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
