Connect Search is partnering with a great company seeking a Senior Accountant to manage inventory and COGS, and contribute to monthly closes. The role demands a GAAP-oriented mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of accounting experience, support the annual audit, and help analyze variances and prepare financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
