xendoo Online Accounting, Bookkeeping & Tax in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead full accounting cycles, from bookkeeping through year-end close, applying strong GAAP knowledge and practical financial analysis.

The on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary range of $70,000–$85,000, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and a Friday team lunch in a collaborative, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience managing full accounting cycles using both cash-basis and accrual accounting, including bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, journal entries, monthly and year-end close, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles from cash-basis through accrual accounting, including strong knowledge of GAAP and the ability to apply accounting theory in practical situations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Trial Balance, etc.) and the ability to interpret complex financial information and explain it clearly to clients and team members.
• Deep familiarity with accounting software workflows and the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and leveraging tools to improve efficiency.
• Understanding of small business operations and a genuine interest in supporting entrepreneurs as they grow.

Responsabilités

Requirements

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
