Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Fort Lauderdale to lead debt accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and financial reporting. You will work directly with the CAO/CFO, manage lender reporting packages, and drive the month-end close with senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and CPA or active CPA pursuit. NetSuite experience and advanced Excel are essential, with prior exposure to PE-backed environments considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred.
• Experience in debt accounting and complex consolidations required.
• Strong financial reporting and Excel skills.
• Experience with lender reporting and covenant compliance a plus.

• Drive month-end close and executive-level management reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing CPA.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Strong experience in debt accounting, complex consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of lender reporting, covenant compliance, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in a multi-entity or private-equity-backed environment is a plus.
