Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial statements and a strong control environment. The role supports operations, audits, and budgeting while partnering with store locations and the CFO/Controller.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5+ years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting, and proficiency with GAAP, Excel, and Sage Intacct. This is an on-site position based in Fishers, Indiana, with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience in a dynamic organization.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field; Masters or CPA preferred.
• Experience with cloud ERP systems; Sage Intacct a plus.
• Advanced accounting knowledge: GAAP, debits/credits, reconciliations, financial statements.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, pivot tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with retail location managers and office staff.
• Detail oriented; accuracy and completeness.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
• Independent thinker who resolves problems as they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Create and post journal entries into Sage Intacct with documentation.
• Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations for each period.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Track inventory balances and monitor usage for all locations.
• Support location managers by providing information as requested.
• Lead department improvement initiatives as directed by CFO/Controller.
• Assist in complex calculations and duties as assigned by Controller.
• Research and communicate month-end variance analysis for expenses.
• Assist in development and reporting of annual expense budget.
• Coordinate with other departments for tasks/projects as needed.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and tasks as assigned.
• Operate as an individual contributor while coaching/train other staff.

The Senior Accountant is an integral part of the Finance department, responsible for maintaining complete and accurate financial statements, a robust control environment, as well as provide support to the operations team. Crew Carwash seeks a high-performing, energetic, and experienced candidate to be part of achieving the organisation's goals.

Crew's Expectations

• Create and post journal entries into Sage Intacct with supporting documentation and calculations
• Maintain and complete balance sheet account reconciliations for each fiscal period on a timely basis
• Assist in preparation and execution of internal and external audits
• Track inventory balances and monitor usage for all locations
• Support retail location managers by researching and providing information as requested
• Lead department improvement initiatives as directed by CFO/Controller
• Assist Controller in certain complex calculations and duties as assigned
• Research and communicate month-end variance analysis for various department expenses
• Assist in the development and reporting of annual expense budget
• Coordinate with other departments in the Company for certain tasks or projects as needed
• Other ad hoc analysis and tasks as they are assigned.
• Individual contributor position, however, coach and train other staff members as needed

Crew's Requirements

• 3-5+ years' experience in a dynamic and growing organization with a focus in accounting, finance or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required, Masters in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• Experience navigating a modern, cloud-based ERP system - Sage Intacct experience a plus
• Advanced accounting knowledge (GAAP, debits/credits, balance sheet reconciliations, understanding of basic financial statements, and the accounting cycle)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; data formatting, Vlookups/Xlookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Comfortable using other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.)
• Ability to meet strict financial reporting deadlines
• Ability to communicate constructively with retail location managers and support office personnel
• Detail oriented—demonstrates commitment to accuracy and completeness
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Independent thinker who can identify and resolve problems as they arise
