This position is with Focus Search LLC, recruiting for a Senior Accountant role within a Leadership Development Program for a national waste management company with offices in the South Sound area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze variances and conduct rate analysis.
• Forecast financial data and manage accounting data flow.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Participate in budgeting processes.
• Work closely with Accounting leadership to oversee multiple locations.
• Train non-financial personnel and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
