Frederick Fox has partnered with a major company in Farmington that is looking to add to its accounting team. They are open to both new graduates with an Associate in Accounting all the way up to experienced Senior Accountants. This is a company that offers high internal growth under strong leadership!

Role Description
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate financial planning efforts, including the development of yearly budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial projections.
  • Construct income projection models and analyze incurred but not reported (IBNR) claims across all service categories.
  • Build and refine financial simulations to assess the impact of regulatory shifts and market dynamics on business line profitability.
  • Contribute to the formulation of financial projections and cost-efficiency assessments for potential new initiatives or expansion opportunities.
  • Help gather and standardize key performance metrics to support comprehensive operational and financial evaluations.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and detailed variance reviews to track departmental performance and margin trends compared to budgeted expectations.
  • Aid in the design and evolution of analytic strategies for workforce allocation, provider network utilization, service-specific performance, risk segmentation, and internal benchmarks.
  • Assist with the operation and enhancement of budgeting software, identifying areas for automation to streamline financial modeling and reduce manual workload.
  • Generate cost analyses and internal reporting, stepping in to oversee the costing process when needed and ensuring thorough documentation and review of cost activity.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of financial reports required by governmental bodies at various jurisdictional levels.
