Qualifications

A growing Northern Virginia CPA and advisory firm is seeking two motivated Tax & Accounting Professional to join our team. Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

• Assist with services to our Outsourced CFO clients.
• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Assist with tax research and tax planning projects.
• Work directly with partners, managers, and clients.
• Develop technical and client‑service skills through mentorship and hands‑on experience.

Work Environment

We believe in working hard during peak periods while maintaining a sustainable work environment throughout the year. This is a full‑time, in‑office position. We believe working together in person supports mentorship, collaboration, professional development, and exceptional client service.

• Extended hours are expected during the busy season (January through April 15).
• Following the April tax deadline, our team typically works a four‑day schedule (Monday through Thursday, four nine‑hour days).
• Schedule adjustments may be required around the September and October tax deadlines.
