Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting or public accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP

Responsibilities

• Month-End/Year-End Close: Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Statements: Assist in compiling and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to US GAAP or local tax regulations, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Team Leadership: Guide, review work for, and mentor staff or junior accountants.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and implement software or procedural efficiencies.
