Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team in a hybrid role, with only 2 in-office days per week. You will lead month-end close, perform reconciliations, and ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance while interacting with leadership for strategic insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience in a SaaS/tech environment, with opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Senior Accountant level.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• ERP experience, preferably with a cloud-based accounting platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or fast-paced growth environments preferred.
• Advanced degree or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances across multiple entities.
• Perform monthly flux analysis and provide insight into key business drivers.
• Manage revenue recognition accounting in accordance with ASC 606.
• Support the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including PBC requests.
• Participate in tax compliance and coordination with outside advisors.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational accounting processes.
• Contribute to ERP enhancements, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Develop scalable accounting procedures and documentation to support growth.

What We're Looking For
