You’ll provide core accounting and HR support for a group of small businesses. This role involves daily cash management, A/R and A/P oversight, month-end reporting, and some office administration to keep our team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash flow and complete reconciliations across 14+ accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Support payroll and assist with onboarding new employees
• Prepare monthly journal entries and financial reports
• Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors and office matters
