Job summary

Grayson Search Partners is partnering with a growing nonprofit organization in Chicago to hire a Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years as an auditor with nonprofit engagement experience or is a senior accountant directly from a nonprofit.

You will join an established Finance team and work closely with senior finance leadership. The role will oversee core accounting tasks including month-end close and reconciliations, while supporting the broader Finance function.

We are working with a growing nonprofit organization in Chicago looking for a Senior Accountant.

The ideal profile would be a 3-4 auditor with non-profit engagement experience, or a senior accountant directly out of a nonprofit.

This isn’t a tiny organization where you’re wearing 15 hats with no infrastructure. You’ll be joining an established Finance team and working directly with senior finance leadership.
