  • Participate in month-end close activities, including gross margin analysis and reconciliation of inventory-related accounts.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow guidelines related to cost accounting processes.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of data for the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide ERP system support to internal users for inventory-related transactions and reporting.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with inventory and cost accounting exposure in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and financial analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
