Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
• Approximately three to five years of accounting experience, including public accounting, industry experience, or a combination of both.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments.
• Exposure to ERP systems; experience with PeopleSoft or BlackLine is beneficial.
• CPA designation or progress toward certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding variances.
• Analyze financial results, investigate unusual fluctuations, and communicate findings.
• Support month-end and periodic reporting processes tied to general ledger activity.
• Assist with inventory-related accounting procedures and special projects.
• Contribute to accounting integration efforts associated with acquired operations.
• Conduct research and ad hoc financial analysis as requested.
