Dentsu in New York is seeking an Account Supervisor, Client Leadership to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs, manage relationships, and oversee integrated marketing programs across cross-functional teams.

You will ensure operational excellence, help grow accounts, and align client objectives with project delivery. The role requires experience in agency or client services, strong communication, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, advertising, consulting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communications and account management activities.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships through responsive communication and reliable execution.
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple work-streams.
• Have a strong understanding of client business objectives, priorities, and challenges.
• Contribute to client meetings, business reviews, and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client programs and support account growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations, presentations, and strategic points of view.
• Assist with scope development, resource planning, budget tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Support billing processes and overall account administration.
• Monitor project and account health, escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, media, analytics, production, and other teams to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure stakeholders have the information and resources needed to meet project goals.
• Track progress and help maintain alignment across teams.
• Support senior account leaders in driving account objectives and client initiatives.
• Identify potential challenges and communicate risks proactively.
• Recommend solutions to support project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Help ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and within scope.
